All members adhere to the code of practice and the Manufacturing Standards Accreditation Schemes for Soft Tissue products, to make sure our customers get what they pay for.
We have gained membership of the CHSA through initial audits of all our products, labels and quality control procedures conducted by the Scheme’s Independent Inspector. We were then audited four times in the first year of membership and at least twice annually thereafter.
