- The Lava Color collection is the perfect union of catalyzed Mount Etna basalt lava and resin colored using Visconti’s proprietary methods. This natural combination creates a rough stone texture and feel with rustic natural colors. The line has an exclusive magnetic closure system that facilitates the opening and closing of the piece. The new collection features a novelty from Visconti, a new 14 kt gold oversized nib. The new hand-polished nib has been engraved with a more contemporary design, but in keeping with tradition, Visconti continues with a crescent-shaped vent hole, a hallmark of Visconti’s precious nibs.
