Perfect for adding to the ground before planting to help promote root growth, 

Simply add 30-50g at the base of each hole dug before planting (depending on the plant size)

Bone meal slow release fertiliser is a ready and easy to use fertiliser ideal for use all around the garden.

Bone meal is a plant food that can be used as a root builder around the stems of plants, it can also be used for the planting of trees and shrubs to get them off to a good start, also ideal as a general plant food to keep plants in tip top condition. Provides nutrients for the growth of healthy plants and also encourages flowering and rapid establishment of new plants.

Bone Meal for use on plants such as root crops, peas, beans, sweet peas, dahlias peony, gladioli and deciduous shrubs.

Directions for use:

It is recommended to wear gloves when sprinkling this product and wash hands after use.

Can be used in the autumn before first frosts for winter boosting, use for new planting and adding nutrients in the spring after the frost has left the ground.

New planting use 50g int prepared hole for planting trees and shrubs.

Bulb planting use a light sprinkling in garden soil or planters, use twice in the season once prior to planting and once in the autumn after the first frosts to give the bulbs a boost.

Vegetable and flower gardens use 75g per meter work evenly into the surface soil

Indoor plants lightly sprinkle Bonemeal around the plant pot edge and water in.

Not recommended for use on acid loving plants such as Azalea, Rhododendron and heathers.
