Thompson’s 10 Year Roof Seal flexes with the natural movement of the roof for a long lasting repair, outperforming traditional bitumen paint. The fast acting formula is rainproof in just 6 hours.

- Instructions for use: On cold, damp days drying and re-coat times will take longer, so for best results, use on a dry day above 10C. Give the tin a really good stir before & during use. You can apply this using a brush, roller or soft broom whichever you prefer. Apply in long, smooth strokes over the area of repair. Wait 6 hours before putting on a second coat.
